From 1st April 2025 NHS England agrees and consents to the current Partnership (GP Contract holders) Dr Geeta Datla, Dr Greg Lears, Dr Josephine Greene and Dr Gen Tat Wong @ Old Henry Street Medical Centre at Henry Street, Leigh, WN7 2PG to incorporate as:
Old Henry Street MC LTD a company in England and Wales under company number [15783040] whose registered office will be still at Old Henry Street Medical Centre, Henry Street, Leigh, WN7 2PG. from the effective date 1st April 2025.
The application to incorporate has also received approval from Care Quality Commission.
The partnership intends to form a limited company for better financial stability and become more innovative in their future working ways and services offered including collaboration within the Primary Care Network.
The practice premises, staffing structure and service provision remain the same even as a new legal entity. We aim to improve health and well-being of our service users, staff, and partners by maximizing the benefits we obtain from NHS resources.
