The blood clinic have made some changes as to how urgent blood appointment will be attended, from 20.07.26 you will no longer just be able to turn up to the blood clinic with an urgent form.
Going forward an urgent appointment would need to be booked by your GP practice, when collecting your urgent blood form please ask for an appointment to be made or if you are seeing a clinician that provides you with an urgent blood form please come to reception for an appointment for the bloods to be made.
We can no longer issue urgent blood forms for annual review/ routine bloods. If the doctor hasn’t marked urgent on your form this is for a reason and we will no longer be able to change this to urgent.
