You can send us a request online, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm. Use our online form for medical or admin requests. The more detail you give us, the better we can help you.

Home visits
If you need a doctor to visit you at home, please ring the surgery instead of using the online form. Try to call before 11am.
Same-day urgent appointments
If you need to be seen today, ring us at 8am on 01942 367795. These appointments are limited, so it’s important to call as early as possible.
If you feel worse while waiting
If your symptoms get worse while you are waiting to hear from us, call reception straight away. Our team will make sure the right person knows about you quickly.
Callbacks when you are at work
If you are at work, you can tell us the best time to call you back. We will try our best, but we cannot always promise to call at that exact time.
When we are closed — urgent help If you need urgent help outside our opening hours, you can:
- Ring the GP Alliance Hub on 01942 482848
- Call NHS 111 for advice
- In an emergency If someone’s life is at risk, call 999 straight away.
